What this service is

NBOT Horizon (horizon.nbotchat.app) is an internal engineering tool operated by EntroPi AI for tracing, evaluating and training the nbot system. Access is restricted to invited members of approved organisations.

Data we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We use them solely to authenticate you and display who is signed in.
• Usage data — actions you take in the tool (sessions opened, jobs started, content you submit to the connected backend) are recorded as part of the tool's normal operation and are visible to your team.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own use.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not request access to your Google account beyond basic profile and e-mail.

Where data lives

Authentication data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase / Lovable Cloud). Application data stays on infrastructure operated by EntroPi AI and its hosting providers.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. To have your account and associated personal data deleted, e-mail it@entropi.ai — we action deletion requests within 30 days.
