Terms of Service

1. The service

NBOT Horizon (horizon.nbotchat.app) is an internal engineering tool operated by EntroPi AI. It is provided to invited members of approved organisations for tracing, evaluating and training the nbot system.

2. Accounts and access

• Sign-in requires a Google account on an approved e-mail domain.
• Your account is personal — do not share credentials or sessions.
• EntroPi AI may suspend or remove accounts at its discretion, including when a member leaves an approved organisation.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the tool only for work within your organisation's engagement with EntroPi AI.
• Do not attempt to access data or projects you were not granted access to.
• Do not use the service to develop, test or distribute malicious software.

4. Content and data

Content you submit (prompts, files, evaluation data) is processed by the connected nbot backend and stored as part of your team's project workspace. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is an internal tool provided "as is", without warranties of any kind and without availability commitments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntroPi AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
